In Monday's league game, the host Grand Junction Central Warriors baseball team scored a tight 12-9 victory over the Fruita Monument Wildcats.
The Warriors (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Delta (Delta, CO). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 9-2 record. In their last game, Delta by Montrose (Montrose, CO), 11-9, in a non-league game.
