The crowd at Monday's league test between the Springwood Wildcats (Lanett, AL) and the visiting Fort Dale Academy Eagles (Greenville, AL), saw Springwood's soccer squad triumph over Fort Dale Academy by a count of 6-1.
The Wildcats now hold a 11-2 record. They play next when they host Autauga Academy for a AISA AA Region 1 Area 2 test on Tuesday, April 12. Springwood will meet a Generals squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Tuscaloosa Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Generals record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Fort Dale Academy drops to 0-4 on the season.
