In Monday's non-league contest, the Anderson County Bearcats (Lawrenceburg, KY) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Central Hardin Bruins (Cecilia, KY), by a margin of 9-2.

With the triumph, Anderson County moves its record to 6-1 on the year. The Bearcats travel to Collins (Shelbyville, KY) to play the Titans in a District 30 contest on Wednesday, April 13. The Titans come into the contest with a record of 5-2.

In their next game, the Bruins play the Male Bulldogs (Louisville, KY) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 12. Central Hardin will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record.
