Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Blue Devils now own a 13-3 record. They take the field next when they host South Iredell for a Greater Metro 4A challenge on Tuesday, April 12. Mooresville will face a Vikings squad coming off a 17-0 league loss to Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 4-11.

With the loss, Cox Mill falls to 4-13 on the campaign. The Chargers host Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC) to face the Wildcats in a Greater Metro 4A challenge on Thursday, April 14. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 12-2. Lake Norman lost 7-1 in their recent league challenge against Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC)
