The Falkville Blue Devils routed the host Hanceville Bulldogs softball squad by a final score of 20-1 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Blue Devils (11-6) will now prepare for their battle against Hatton (Town Creek, AL). The Hornets go into the 2A Area 13 battle with a 27-14 record.
The Bulldogs now possess a 0-14 record. They play next when they travel to Southeastern for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 12. Hanceville will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 14-11 non-league win over Brindlee Mountain (Guntersville, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-10.
