The Lunenburg Blue Knights routed the visiting Fitchburg Red Raiders softball squad by a final score of 15-0 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Blue Knights (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Tyngsborough (Tyngsborough, MA). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Tyngsborough was routed by Hudson (Hudson, MA), 8-1, in a non-league battle.
The Red Raiders now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Marlborough for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 13.
