The Hanford Bullpups softball team scored 4 runs and limited the host Selma Bears to 1 in the Bullpups non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Hanford moves its record to 11-6 on the year. The Bullpups host Redwood (Visalia, CA) to clash with the Rangers in a West Yosemite game on Tuesday, April 19. The Rangers come into the game with a record of 12-6. Redwood won 7-6 in their recent non-league game against Clovis West (Fresno, CA)

In their next game, the Bears clash with the Kingsburg Vikings (Kingsburg, CA) in a Central Sequoia game, on Tuesday, April 19. Selma will attempt to move on its 8-7 season record. The Vikings come into the game with a 10-10 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Bullard (Fresno, CA).
