Mogollon Mustangs (Heber, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting St. Michael Cardinals (St. Michaels, AZ), 16-0 in a league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Joseph City for a 1A North challenge on Thursday, April 14. Mogollon will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 26-0 league win over Ash Fork (Ash Fork, AZ). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-6.

With the loss, St. Michael falls to 11-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Tuba City (Tuba City, AZ) to face the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 19. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 6-11.
