The Schalick Cougars softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Penns Grove Red Devils to 3 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Schalick moves its record to 1-2 on the year. The Cougars host Overbrook (Pine Hill, NJ) to play the Rams in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 13. The Rams come into the game with a record of 2-1. Overbrook lost 6-5 in their recent non-league game against Woodstown (Woodstown, NJ)

In their next game, the Red Devils play the Wildwood Warriors (Wildwood, NJ) in a Tri-County - Classic game, on Tuesday, April 19. Penns Grove will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
