The Purnell Swett Rams routed the host South View Tigers softball squad by a final score of 8-1 in Monday's league battle.

The Rams (13-2) will now prepare for their battle against Seventy-First (Fayetteville, NC). The Falcons go into the United Eight 3A/4A outing with a 1-12 record. In their last outing, Seventy-First was routed by Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC), 16-0, in a league outing.
