Kansas High School Baseball - Anderson County loses to Iola

April 11, 2023: Iola, KS 66749

The Iola Mustangs crushed the visiting Anderson County Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 15-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Osawatomie for a Pioneer bout on Tuesday, April 18. Iola will face a Trojans team coming off a 15-0 league loss to Santa Fe Trail (Carbondale, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 0-6.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Wellsville Eagles (Wellsville, KS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 18. Anderson County will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 2-6 record after their 5-3 non-league loss to Heritage Christian Academy (Olathe, KS).
