California High School Baseball - Encinal defeats Arroyo

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the Encinal Jets (Alameda, CA) baseball squad the visiting Arroyo Dons (San Lorenzo, CA), by a final score of 6-1.

With the win, Encinal upgrades its record to 5-8 on the season. The Jets host Liberty (Brentwood, CA) to battle the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 14. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 9-4. Liberty lost 5-1 in their recent league challenge against Freedom (Oakley, CA)

With the defeat, Arroyo falls to 5-10 on the season. The Dons host Berkeley (Berkeley, CA) to battle the Yellowjackets in a West Alameda County - Foothill challenge on Wednesday, April 19. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 7-4.
