The Brother Martin Crusaders crushed the host Edna Karr Cougars baseball team by a count of 11-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Crusaders now possess a 16-2 record. They take the field next when they host Jesuit for a 5A District 9 bout on Thursday, April 13. Brother Martin will face a Blue Jays team coming off a 3-1 league win over John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA). The Blue Jays record now stands at 19-6.
Next, the Cougars face the St. Augustine Purple Knights (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 13. Edna Karr will attempt to move on its 3-13 season record. The Purple Knights enter the bout with a 6-21 record after their 6-1 league loss to Holy Cross (New Orleans, LA).
