In Tuesday's league game, the host Central Montcalm Hornets baseball team scored a tight 11-7 victory over the Reed City Coyotes.
The Hornets (3-1) will now prepare for their game against White Cloud (White Cloud, MI). The Indians go into the Central State game with a 0-0 record.
The Coyotes (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI). The Cardinals go into the Central State game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Big Rapids tipped Tri County Area (Howard City, MI), 5-3, in a league game.
