Jay Bulldogs (Jay, OK) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Locust Grove Pirates (Locust Grove, OK), 13-1 in a league test.

With the win, Jay upgrades its record to 6-12 on the season. The Bulldogs host Sequoyah (Claremore, OK) to battle the Eagles in a Verdigris Valley test on Thursday, April 13. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 11-5. Sequoyah won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Rejoice Christian (Owasso, OK)

With the defeat, Locust Grove falls to 8-9 on the season. The Pirates host Oaks-Mission (Oaks, OK) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Thursday, April 13. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 0-8.
