Texas High School Baseball - Jefferson loses to West Rusk

The West Rusk Raiders crushed the visiting Jefferson Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 11-5 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Raiders now possess a 16-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tatum for a 3A Region II District 16 bout on Friday, April 14. West Rusk will face a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 league win over Waskom (Waskom, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 13-9.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Arp Tigers (Arp, TX) in a 3A Region II District 16 bout, on Friday, April 14. Jefferson will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 9-8 record after their 11-2 league loss to West Rusk (New London, TX).
