New Mexico High School Baseball - Wingate loses to Navajo Prep

The Navajo Prep Eagles baseball team scored 23 runs and limited the host Wingate Bears to 9 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles (4-12) will now prepare for their match against Tohatchi (Tohatchi, NM). The Cougars go into the 3A District 1 match with a 4-8 record. In their last match, Tohatchi was overwhelmed by Zuni (Zuni, NM), 19-0, in a league match.
The Bears (1-8) will now prepare for their match against Northwest (Shiprock, NM). The Falcons go into the non-league match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Northwest was overwhelmed by Non Varsity Tournament Opponent (, ), 7-3, in a non-league match.
