Rocky Mountain Lutheran Eagles (Denver, CO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Campion Academy Cougars (Loveland, CO), 1-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Rocky Mountain Lutheran upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Eagles host Gilpin County (Black Hawk, CO) to battle the Eagles in a 1A District 3 test on Thursday, April 13. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-5. Gilpin County lost 17-2 in their recent non-league test against South Park (Fairplay, CO)

With the defeat, Campion Academy falls to 0-1 on the season.
