The Rio Hondo Bobcats crushed the visiting Progreso Red Ants baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Bobcats now possess a 23-1 record. They take the field next when they host Santa Rosa for a 3A Region IV District 32 bout on Friday, April 14. Rio Hondo will face a Warriors team coming off a 20-15 league loss to Monte Alto (Monte Alto, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 0-6.
