The J.H. Rose Rampants crushed the host Jacksonville Cardinals baseball team by a tally of 18-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Rampants now hold a 13-5 record. They take the field next when they host Cleveland for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 15. J.H. Rose will face a Rams team coming off a 7-1 league win over Garner (Garner, NC). The Rams record now stands at 8-3.
Next, the Cardinals face the New Bern Bears (New Bern, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 18. Jacksonville will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record. The Bears enter the bout with a 6-7 record after their 14-2 non-league loss to North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC).
