Colorado High School Lacrosse - Montrose can't get by Grand Junction

In Tuesday's league test, the visiting Grand Junction Tigers lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-9 victory over the Montrose Red Hawks.

Coming up next, the Tigers clash with the Fruita Monument Wildcats (Fruita, CO) in a 4A Mountain battle, on Thursday, April 13. Grand Junction will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 4-2 record after their 8-7 non-league win over Battle Mountain (Edwards, CO).

The Red Hawks now own a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fruita Monument for a 4A Mountain battle on Tuesday, April 18.
