Washington High School Softball - Clarkston nudges West Valley

The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the Clarkston Bantams (Clarkston, WA) and the visiting West Valley Eagles (Spokane, WA), saw Clarkston's softball squad nip West Valley by a count of 7-6.
The Bantams now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Moscow for a non-league match on Friday, April 14. Clarkston will face a Bears squad coming off a 6-4 league win over Lakeland (Rathdrum, ID). The Bears record now stands at 10-4.
With the loss, West Valley falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to East Valley (Spokane, WA) to face the Knights in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane match on Saturday, April 15. The Knights enter the match with a record of 2-4. East Valley lost 10-4 in their recent non-league match against Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls, WA)
