The Clinton Dragons routed the visiting Scott Highlanders softball squad by a final score of 18-3 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Dragons (12-5) will now prepare for their battle against Carter (Strawberry Plains, TN). The Green Hornets go into the non-league battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Carter notched a victory over Northview Academy (Kodak, TN), 16-0, in a league battle.

The Highlanders now possess a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Jellico for a non-league battle on Friday, April 14. Scott will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to Hancock County (Sneedville, TN). The Blue Devils record now stands at 0-3.
