Kentucky High School Softball - Lyon County can't hold off Crittenden County

The Crittenden County Rockets (Marion, KY) softball nipped the host Lyon County Lyons (Eddyville, KY), 3-2 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Rockets (7-5) will now prepare for their bout against Livingston Central (Smithland, KY). The Cardinals go into the District 5 bout with a 8-1 record. In their last bout, Livingston Central held off Caldwell County (Princeton, KY), 11-10, in a non-league bout.
The Lyons now possess a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Crittenden County for a District 5 bout on Tuesday, April 18.
