Ruidoso Warriors (Ruidoso, NM) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Dexter Demons (Dexter, NM), 9-6 in a league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they host Dexter for a 3A District 4/5 challenge on Tuesday, April 11. Ruidoso will battle a Demons squad coming off a 19-8 league win over East Mountain (Sandia Park, NM). The Demons record now stands at 5-8.

With the loss, Dexter falls to 5-10 on the campaign. The Demons travel to Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM) to battle the Warriors in a 3A District 4/5 challenge on Tuesday, April 11.
