Edison Tigers (Fresno, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Justin Garza Guardians (Fresno, CA), 9-0 in a league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bullard for a County/Metro challenge on Friday, April 14. Edison will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Madera (Madera, CA). The Knights record now stands at 13-4.

With the loss, Justin Garza falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Guardians host Sanger (Sanger, CA) to face the Apaches in a County/Metro challenge on Friday, April 14. The Apaches enter the challenge with a record of 11-4. Sanger won 15-0 in their recent league challenge against San Joaquin Memorial (Fresno, CA)
