Salpointe Catholic Lancers (Tucson, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Flowing Wells Caballeros (Tucson, AZ), 18-0 in a league challenge.

The Lancers now own a 25-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tucson High Magnet School for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 12. Salpointe Catholic will face a Badgers squad coming off a 8-5 league win over Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ). The Badgers record now stands at 19-5.

With the loss, Flowing Wells falls to 2-15 on the campaign. The Caballeros travel to Sahuaro (Tucson, AZ) to face the Cougars in a 4A Kino challenge on Thursday, April 13. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 7-12. Sahuaro lost 7-6 in their recent league challenge against Pueblo (Tucson, AZ)
