Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL) and the host Glenbard East Rams (Lombard, IL), witnessed South Elgin's softball squad prevail over Glenbard East by a count of 13-0.

The Storm now sport a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Fenton for a Upstate Eight match on Thursday, April 13. South Elgin will meet a Bison squad coming off a 17-0 non-league loss to Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL). The Bison record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Glenbard East moves to 3-1 on the season. The Rams host Geneva (Geneva, IL) to meet the Vikings in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 12. The Vikings go into the match with a record of 2-5. Geneva lost 4-1 in their recent non-league match against McHenry (McHenry, IL)
