Utah High School Softball - Pleasant Grove bounces Lone Peak

The Pleasant Grove Vikings routed the visiting Lone Peak Knights softball squad by a final score of 14-2 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Vikings (9-0) will now prepare for their battle against Skyridge (Lehi, UT). The Falcons go into the 6A Region 4 battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Skyridge notched a victory over Westlake (Saratoga Springs, UT), 8-4, in a league battle.

The Knights now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Corner Canyon for a 6A Region 4 battle on Thursday, April 13. Lone Peak will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 23-3 league loss to American Fork (American Fork, UT). The Chargers record now stands at 0-1.
