The Tuscaloosa County Wildcats softball team scored 3 runs and limited the host Northside Rams to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Tuscaloosa County improves its record to 23-10 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL) to clash with the Rebels in a 7A Area 5 game on Tuesday, April 18. The Rebels come into the game with a record of 31-5.

In their next game, the Rams clash with the Sipsey Valley Bears (Buhl, AL) in a 4A Area 7 game, on Thursday, April 13. Northside will attempt to improve on its 20-11 season record. The Bears come into the game with a 1-7 record after their 9-1 league loss to Oak Grove (Bessemer, AL).
