The Westfield Bombers softball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Pittsfield Generals to 4 in the Bombers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Westfield improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Bombers host Hampshire Regional (Westhampton, MA) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league game on Friday, April 14. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 1-0.
In their next game, the Generals clash with the Agawam Brownies (Agawam, MA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 13. Pittsfield will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.
