The West Mesquite Wranglers softball team scored 20 runs and limited the host Samuell Spartans to 2 in the Wranglers league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, West Mesquite moves its record to 13-6 on the year. The Wranglers host North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX) to play the Stallions in a 5A Region II District 12 game on Friday, April 14. The Stallions come into the game with a record of 21-2. North Mesquite won 24-0 in their recent league game against Conrad (Dallas, TX)

In their next game, the Spartans play the Adams Cougars (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 12 game, on Friday, April 14. Samuell will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Cougars come into the game with a 4-11 record after their 27-16 league win over Seagoville (Dallas, TX).
