In Thursday's non-league game, the host Academy for Classical Education Gryphons baseball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the Marion County Eagles.

The Gryphons (19-6) will now prepare for their game against Baconton Charter (Baconton, GA). The Blazers go into the non-league game with a 20-1 record. In their last game, Baconton Charter overcame Quitman County (Georgetown, GA), 1-0, in a league game.

The Eagles (9-13) will now prepare for their game against Shaw (Columbus, GA). The Raiders go into the non-league game with a 12-11 record. In their last game, Shaw overcame Westover (Albany, GA), 11-5, in a league game.
