In Thursday's league game, the host Paris Eagles baseball team scored a nice 20-3 victory over the Cedarville Pirates.
The Eagles (13-8) will now prepare for their game against Booneville (Booneville, AR). The Bearcats go into the 3A Region 4 game with a 10-5 record. In their last game, Booneville overcame Prairie Grove (Prairie Grove, AR), 18-4, in a non-league game.
The Pirates (1-9) will now prepare for their game against Cossatot River (Cove, AR). The Eagles go into the 3A Region 4 game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Cossatot River was overwhelmed by Mena (Mena, AR), 6-3, in a non-league game.
