In Thursday's non-league game, the host De Smet Jesuit Spartans baseball team scored a tight 8-2 victory over the Westminster Christian Wildcats.
The Spartans (11-7) will now prepare for their game against Fort Zumwalt East (St. Peters, MO). The go into the non-league game with a 11-5 record. In their last game, Fort Zumwalt East was overwhelmed by Liberty (Lake St. Louis, MO), 9-8, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats (9-5) will now prepare for their game against Vianney (Kirkwood, MO). The Golden Griffins go into the non-league game with a 9-6 record.
