The Langley Saxons crushed the host Wakefield School Fighting Owls baseball team by a tally of 13-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Saxons now hold a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Herndon for a Liberty bout on Friday, April 12. Langley will face a Hornets team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Heritage (Leesburg, VA). The Hornets record now stands at 5-7.

Next, the Fighting Owls face the Yorktown Patriots (Arlington, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 12. Wakefield School will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Patriots enter the bout with a 6-1 record after their 9-4 league loss to George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA).
