The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Seaside Spartans (Seaside, CA) and the visiting Hollister Haybalers (Hollister, CA), saw Seaside's volleyball squad beat Hollister by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Seaside upgrades its record to 7-4 on the year. The Spartans host Carmel (Carmel, CA) to play the Padres in a bout on Monday, April 15. The Padres go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Carmel lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Homestead (Cupertino, CA)

The Haybalers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Seaside for a bout on Tuesday, April 30.
