Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Pecos Panthers (Pecos, NM) and the host Santa Fe Indian Braves (Santa Fe, NM), saw Pecos's baseball team achieve victory over Santa Fe Indian by a tally of 18-2.

The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Texico (Texico, NM). The Wolverines go into the non-league match with a 2-5 record.

The Braves (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Bosque (Albuquerque, NM). The Bobcats go into the non-league match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Bosque was overwhelmed by Highland (Albuquerque, NM), 16-14, in a non-league match.
