Benedictine Cadets (Savannah, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA), 8-2 in a non-league test.

The Cadets now have a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Savannah Country Day for a non-league test on Saturday, April 20. Benedictine will face a Hornets squad coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to Benedictine (Savannah, GA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-2.

In their next game, the Rebels face the South Effingham Mustangs (Guyton, GA) in a test, on Friday, April 19. Effingham County will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 6-4 non-league win over Calvary Day (Savannah, GA).
