In Thursday's league test, the host Liberty Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-9 victory over the Fauquier Falcons.
The Eagles now have a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to James Monroe for a non-league test on Monday, April 15. Liberty will face a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 19-6 non-league loss to Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 5-1.
In their next game, the Falcons face the Osbourn Park Yellowjackets (Manassas, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 15. Fauquier will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a 1-6 record after their 21-1 league loss to Freedom (South Riding, VA).
