The Patriot Pioneers lacrosse team scored 11 points and limited the host Gainesville Cardinals to 3 in the Pioneers league triumph on Thursday.
The Pioneers (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Osbourn (Manassas, VA). The Eagles enter the Cedar Run game with a 0-7 record. In their last game, Osbourn was overwhelmed by Unity Reed (Manassas, VA), 8-7, in a league game.
The Cardinals (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Battlefield (Haymarket, VA). The Bobcats enter the Cedar Run game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Battlefield toppled Forest Park (Woodbridge, VA), 14-3, in a non-league game.
