The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Granite Bay Grizzlies (Granite Bay, CA) and the visiting Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA), saw Granite Bay's lacrosse team nudge Oak Ridge by a margin of 9-8.

The Grizzlies (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA). The Pirates come into the non-league test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Stevenson held off Palma (Salinas, CA), 15-8, in a league test.

In their next game, the Trojans face the Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA) in a Sierra Foothill League test, on Tuesday, April 16. Oak Ridge will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a 4-7 record after their 22-3 league loss to Whitney (Rocklin, CA).
