The Medford Mustangs lacrosse team scored 15 points and held the visiting Malden Golden Tornados to 2 in the Mustangs league win on Thursday.
The Mustangs (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Arlington (Arlington, MA). The Spy Ponders go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record.
The Golden Tornados (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Amesbury (Amesbury, MA). The Redhawks go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Amesbury was overwhelmed by Haverhill (Haverhill, MA), 20-4, in a non-league match.
