Next, the Yellowjackets confront the Brookwood Panthers (Brookwood, AL) in a 6A Area 7 challenge, on Friday, April 12. McAdory will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Holy Spirit Catholic (Tuscaloosa, AL).

The Tigers now have a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pell City for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 15. Bessemer City will confront a Panthers team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Etowah (Attalla, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 18-2.
