The Itawamba Agricultural Indians softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Amory Panthers to 0 in the Indians league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Itawamba Agricultural moves its record to 23-1 on the year. The Indians host Tishomingo County (Iuka, MS) to clash with the Braves in a 4A Region 1 game on Friday, April 12. The Braves come into the game with a record of 22-3. Tishomingo County won 6-4 in their recent non-league game against Smithville (Smithville, MS)

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Hamilton Lions (Hamilton, MS) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 12. Amory will attempt to move on its 8-16 season record. The Lions come into the game with a 17-7 record after their 13-1 league win over Walnut (Walnut, MS).
