Sehome Mariners (Bellingham, WA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Bellingham Bayhawks (Bellingham, WA), 25-10 in a league challenge.

The Mariners now sport a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sedro-Woolley for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge on Tuesday, April 16.

With the loss, Bellingham falls to 0-10 on the campaign. The Bayhawks host Granite Falls (Granite Falls, WA) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 13. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 4-3. Granite Falls won 13-1 in their recent league challenge against South Whidbey (Langley, WA)
