California High School Softball - CALS Early College gets by University Prep Value

Spectators at Thursday's league match between the CALS Early College Falcons (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting University Prep Value Wolves (Los Angeles, CA), witnessed CALS Early College's softball squad tip University Prep Value by a count of 8-7.
The Falcons now sport a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Los Angeles Leadership Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 16. CALS Early College will meet a Lions squad coming off a 21-11 non-league win over Alliance Bloomfield (Huntington Park, CA). The Lions record now stands at 7-3.
With the loss, University Prep Value moves to 7-3 on the season. The Wolves host ESAT (Los Angeles, CA) to meet the Grizzlies in a Eastside match on Thursday, April 18. The Grizzlies go into the match with a record of 1-2.
