The Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary Cardinals (Montebello, CA) softball routed the visiting La Salle Lancers (Pasadena, CA), 5-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Cardinals (6-5) will now prepare for their bout against Bishop Conaty-Loretto (Los Angeles, CA). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 13-6 record. In their last bout, Bishop Conaty-Loretto held off St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy (Downey, CA), 18-0, in a league bout.

The Lancers now possess a 3-11 record. They play next when they travel to Ramona Convent for a Camino Real bout on Tuesday, April 16. La Salle will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 7-2 league loss to Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary (Montebello, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-6.
