The Mission Valley Vikings softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Lyndon Tigers to 3 in the Vikings league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Mission Valley moves its record to 11-3 on the year. The Vikings host Hayden (Topeka, KS) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league game on Thursday, April 18. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 1-5.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Osage City Indians (Osage City, KS) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 12. Lyndon will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Indians come into the game with a 6-0 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Wellsville (Wellsville, KS).
