The Naperville Central Redhawks softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Naperville North Huskies to 3 in the Redhawks league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Naperville Central improves its record to 5-3 on the year. The Redhawks host Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league game on Friday, April 12. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 4-3. Downers Grove South won 19-4 in their recent non-league game against St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL)

In their next game, the Huskies clash with the Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 12. Naperville North will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 11-2 record after their 9-6 league win over Sandburg (Orland Park, IL).
